About Me

Lorelei has called the Charlotte area home for over 11 years after two company relocations from New York and Florida .  She has lived on both ends of the city from Lake Norman to South Charlotte and knows the charm of each area.  Lorelei has almost a 20 year career in public and private education and is a knowledgeable resource about both private and public school options in the area.  In addition, she has spent more than 20 years investing in real estate and understands the excitement and challenges of real estate transactions. She is a valuable resource for your real estate journey.  

 

Building relationships is the cornerstone of Lorelei’s client philosophy.  You can expect her to get to know her clients by listening to their needs, acting with urgency, and communicating often. In addition to being traditionally relational, Lorelei is a self professed technophile.  You can expect her to use the latest technology to market your property and find the right property to meet your needs.  She cares about her clients and uses technology as a tool to help the process, rather than replace it.

 

Hard work is the norm for Lorelei.  She grew up working on the family dairy farm in Western New York.  Working seven days a week from early morning until evening was the norm.  That work ethic carried her through studies at Cornell University, graduating with a B.S. degree and through graduate school at SUNY Fredonia culminating with a masters degree.  She worked full time and raised two children that are now off pursuing their own studies.  Let her diligent work ethic work for you.
